If you've forgotten your password, you can enter the email address at which you receive ScanVault notices, and a link will be emailed to you which will allow you to select a new password within a reasonable amount of time. The link will expire if you wait too long before setting a new password.

Note: it is not possible to recover your old password, due to the encryption ScanVault uses to store all passwords.
